Affluence Properties is established on 1st Sept 2019 and opened its office in 2 1/2 Mile, Kuching, Sarawak. It is a professional Real Estate Firm that provides real estate agency services to individual property owners who would like to sell or rent their properties. It also provides Project Marketing Services to Developers who wishes to sell their Development.
Who We Are
We are a team of about 20++ registered real estate negotiators with experiences that not only runs deep but also have wide arrays of skills and expertise in different segment of properties. Even though the company is a new one, our real estate negotiators are not, they are all full time and well trained professionals who are able to give you a truly professional approach in your property needs.
Track Records
We are a real estate firm trusted by the Developers who have appointed us to market their projects. Among the Developers that have appointed us as their agent are Ibraco who is developing Northbank, E-Heritage who is developing Urban Residences, Instarmac who developed The Cube and Vantage, Tecktonic who developed Gala City and Eavilion Avenue who is developing Kalien Residences and many more. And in our team we not only have one, but two team member who have won the awards at the National Level. The Principal of our firm, Colin Wong, has been awarded "Top Real Estate Negotiator for Sarawak" in two consecutive years at 2015 & 2016 whereas the marketing manager of our firm, Emily Loo has won the award of "Top Real Estate Negotiator for Sarawak" in the year 2019 by Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) which is recognized as the Gold Standard of Recognition in the Real Estate Professions in Malaysia.
How Are We Different
Every real estate negotiator in our company is full time and has received trainings in the area of legal matters of properties, effective ways of sales and marketing, property taxation and many more. This is worth mentioning as they are many other estate agency that consist of part timers who are simply out to make a quick buck. He was awarded Sarawak’s Top Real Estate Negotiator in 2015 & 2016 by Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) and he is now overseeing all the business operations of Affluence Properties.

Senior Negotiator / Probationary Estate AgentHaving more than 10 years experience in the industry, Emily is well known for closing deals involving Corporate Entity as well as deals involving Government Departments and Government Linked Companies. She was awarded Sarawak’s Top Real Estate Negotiator in Year 2019 by Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).
